Trey Fields pitched a two-hitter, striking out 11 and walking one in Lemon Bay’s 5-0 win over Lake Placid in 5A-12 on Friday. The Manta Rays improved to 9-4 overall and 4-0 in the district as they won their fourth in a row.

Mariner snapped a two-game skid as it upset previously unbeaten Ida Baker 3-2 on Friday in a 6A-11 game. The Tritons improved to 6-7, 4-4 while the Bulldogs fell to 10-1, 5-1.
