Highlights, Scores and Recaps for Friday, February 26th, 2016

Jordan Allen pitched a one-hitter with eight strikeouts to lead Naples to a 5-0 win over Immokalee on Friday. Bobby Stewart and Andrew Miller each had two hits for the Golden Eagles (6-1).

Ida Baker completed the 6A-11 sweep of Cape Coral, winning 11-0 Friday in a no-hitter. The Bulldogs improved to 6-0 overall and 2-0 in the district.

Jeff Pelletier tossed a two-hitter with eight strikeouts and also went 2-for-4 with a triple, run and two RBIs to power Palmetto Ridge past Lehigh 10-0 in a 7A-12 game. Kenny Grieger went 2-for-2 with a walk, run, two stolen bases and two RBIs for the Bears (3-1, 1-0).
